College recommendations

You haven't shared any details of your profile so will just stick to broad guidelines to be kept in mind while thinking about schools.
Country preferences:
1. United States (Has the largest recruitment for PM roles as it is home to some of the largest Big Tech companies)
2. UK (Since the language is not an issue, although the job market is facing substantial headwinds due to economic crisis)
3. EU & Asia - EU has language constrains although a lot of recruitment does happen in Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. Asia has some decent tech openings in Singapore though the market if fairly small

In the US you can stick to the West Coast schools and some other pan country schools that are known to have large parent Universities specializing in Engineering. The East Coast schools tend to have a bias towards Consulting and IB recruitment.
