employees of company Y are healthier than X because they took less leave than them. This could be weaken by an alternative explanation provided by option A that X employees can use sick leave for other family members too.
B,C and E are not related to conclusion. Option D also weakens but the information is incomplete we dont have information about X.

employees at X took nearly twice as many sick days as Y.
conclusion= Y employees are more healthier than X.
num of sick days determine employee being healthier. author must be assuming that th reason for sick leave is employee not being fit to perform. but what if there are other reason for sick calls. clearly there is big jump here.
A if X is bit more concerned about employees overall family and allow its employees to take days off to take care of those members, then we have reason why employees are taking more sick leaves. its not that they are not healthier but they are just there for their family members. so this attacks the reasoning of author. keep.
B good for the Y employee. they dont have to think much about their dental health. not relevant here. out.
C then why are they not fir enough? gym alone dont keep you fit. you have to take care other aspect as well. irrelevant. out.
