What about the group of words as the above? Here also which can refer to the outdoor games?

Here, which will modify Outdoor games because of plural verb help. The overall construct of this sentence however, can be considered debatable, especially the reasoning behind keeping the clause about "keeping the body healthy" in a non-essential construct. Perhaps a better construct would be:
Outdoor games such as football help in keeping the body healthy and are also essential to the mental health of a child.
However, haven't seen these nuances getting tested on GMAT.
