How to answer "what other schools have you applied?" in interview? Anyone willing to share any thought? Thanks.

I was pretty honest. He asked which schools I applied to, and where I was in the process. I didnt mention my denied app, and substituted that with a round 2 school I was looking at... I said I had been invited, and interviewed at Duke and was waiting to hear back from the other... I wouldn't worry too much... just make sure you tie your explanation of why you applied to those particular programs back to why you applied to johnson.

I am an applicant from Canada. I am contemplating whether it will be worth to apply to Cornell in Round 3. Can anyone provide some helpful insight?

Without knowing anything else about you, I'd say yes - Cornell has 4 rounds so round 3 is still viable. Round 4 would be the round to avoid (other schools Round 3).
