bb I think adding a filter to identify “1st Attempt Mistakes,” “Last Attempt Mistakes,” etc. would be helpful.
Also, having an option to identify “Untagged” mistakes and “No Mistake” would be useful.

Hi. Thanks for the question. This is because there were 2 attempts. 1 correct and 1 incorrect....
Click on that filter with "2" next to it. That will show you all attempts and one of them is INCORRECT which is why this question shows up.

This has been a bit of a sticking point that we have not resolved yet logically how to handle questions that had 2, 3, 4, 5 attempts with mixed results and have accurate display of information. Right now they show up all over the place. Welcome suggestions. :angel:

bb bhanu29 I checked. For me, it is coming even when all attempts are correct. See examples below:

1. Snippet of both 1 and 3 attempt question, all correct still a part of mistakes group.



2. Futher split of questions with 3 attempts and are all correct:
