I am scheduled to take the exam this Friday, March 2. I have taken the entire week off from work and have cleared my schedule to do nothing but GMAT prep.
I've also hired a tutor specializing in GMAT prep, who has advised that I spend the balance of my time taking the two tests in the GMAC software repeatedly. His rationale: they're all real-live GMAT problems, the software (and its algorithm) are straight from the source, and the likelihood of seeing repeat questions is actually fairly low. He says he practiced exclusively with the GMAC download and got 770.
I've also been using Kaplan practice CATs, which I will take immediately after I publish this forum post. I also have some
Manhattan GMAT CATs I can take.
What do you think? Should I spend the balance of my time taking the GMAC practice CATs over and over? Or balance it with some alternative CATs from Manhattan? Or is there something else you recommend? Please, enlighten me.
