- Essay 3: The Batten Foundation Worldwide Scholarship provides all Darden students in our full-time MBA program with an opportunity to participate in a Darden Worldwide Course. If you could choose any location in the world, where would you want to travel, and why? (50 words)
- Essay 4: Tell us what you would want your learning team to know about you – personally, professionally, or both? (100 words)
- Essay 5: What is your short-term, post-MBA goal and why? (150 words)

How advisible is it to mention it in my essay that i had to deal with the presence of an Alpha in my team that was disturbing the atmosphere of the team and teamwork. After trying and failing to get him to align with team culture, I had to finally cut him loose and move him to another project that need an individual contributor, a role he was best suited for.

absolutely do not use the word alpha.
talk about a team member that was having difficulty aligning with the team goals, how you handled it, and how you found a place for them to make a meaningful contribution.
