Hi All,

Need your help while answering the question given in Darden App.

We are asked the following:

"Charlottesville film festival, book festival and vibrant music scene. What is your favorite film, book or song? "

Everywhere I could see we are given "There’s no room to explain your choice here but you can pique the Admissions Committee’s interest with your selection."

But my concern is from where do I need pull these names.

Is it like I can pick any name of the book/film/song which I like the most(even from my culture)?

OR

Is there any specific list from where do I need to pull these names? If yes, can someone please provide me the list of each so that I can go through them and select my choice based on descriptions.

Can someone please help me?

Thanks

Imagine someone asked you what your favorite book or movie is... write that answer. This is probably the most straightforward question on the whole application.

Great, so what I can infer from your answer is we don't need to find out anything specific from Charlottesville Website.

Correct, be honest and be yourself. That applies to the whole application, too!

They're just trying to get to know you a little bit. There's no wrong answer, and it's not going to affect your application.
