Is n divisible by 11 with no remainder? (1) n is divisible by m with integer result (2) m is divisible by 5.5 with integer result
Both options are sufficient. Cn = m(x) x is an integer
m = 5.5 (y) y is an integer
n = 5.5 (xy) if x and y are integers then xy is an integer
xy can be 1 hence not divisibke.

i would say it is E
if xy is even then we get 5.5 xy as integer
if xy is odd then it is not integer
if xy is even then we get 5.5 xy as integer
if xy is odd then it is not integer
