How many Multi Source Reasoning questions can one expect in DI? For that matter, is there any table for expected number of questions bifurcated on the basis of types of questions

Only the 10% portion shown under time is not covered under fate. However, as these 10% are common to magic and time, and as per Anika’s assessment, any thing under magic moves to fate. Thus these 10% move to ’all three’ portion, making entire % under time to be under fate too. Hence 100% is the answer.

But there’s still some portion that covers only time right? So saying that 100% portion of the novel that addresses time also addresses fate would be wrong?

No, 40% was already common to Fate and time, while 20% was common to all three. Only 10% was remaining in time & magic and not part of fate as per Sipho, but that 10% also moves to all three, making 20% as 30% there. Thus, nothing is left in time that is not there in fate.
