If we negate answer C, the argument collapse. Then C is the correct answer

When tackling this question, we need to determine the conclusion, which being "The art of still photography cannot enable us to understand the world", and the question intends to rely on the assumption that anything that can be understood will either come from narration or the grasping of functions in still photography that could get us into inquiring the reality (some functions can perform, not all of them), when going through all the options, option C will clearly provide us with the assumption on which the inference stands.
