I recently graduated in engineering this year and took my first GMAT attempt, where I scored a 575. While this is not the score I was aiming for, it gave me a clear understanding of where I stand and what areas I need to improve. Coming from a technical background, I found Quant relatively manageable, but Verbal proved to be more challenging than expected. Preparing alongside my final year of studies was tough, but this experience has helped me realize the importance of consistency, proper strategy, and practice under timed conditions. My plan now is to work on strengthening Verbal, especially Sentence Correction and Reading Comprehension, while maintaining my Quant level, and to retake the exam with better preparation.
