Good GRE, Capgemini is a good brand.
as u come from such a competitive background, I suggest looking at the schools that ranked 10-20 as the basis, choose 1-2 "hard ones" (Tuck, Ross) and 1-2 easier owns and apply to as many as possible!

I still don’t know your origin. but if you come from a competitive background, your current GMAT and lack of international experience will be an issue for M7 / top 10 MBA programs in the US

No international experience but have experience working closely with stakeholders and CXO from US, France. Will that be useful? Worked for NGO while pursuing undergrad.

What should be target gmat for improvement perse . Initially IT Experience was with IBM , Post masters it’s been with global advertising agencies for a year
