Do the age factor play any part in the final selection. Lets say the average batch age is 27/28 for a college. Would that affect a candidate with way more age than the average,i.e 30-31.

You have a good profile, but some of the schools are the hardest to get into in the world, so I would definitely add 1-2 additional safer schools

in a nutshell - yes, age places a part
in more detail - Top full time MBA programs don’t like candidates with more than 10 years of experience and 12 years becomes a no no.
On the other hand. there is no real difference FOR YOU, if you apply at 31 or 32. so apply when you are ready
