Worked with Reliance and a couple of other NBFCs .. working as Lead - Credit in leading indian-MNC - setting up their Housing Finance business and in a lead role here.
Hold a professional degree of Chartered Accountant (icai) and BCOM from Mumbai University

It sounds like you have a "solid" profile. not very special, and you come from an overrepresented background, but still a solid and strong profile. Still, I would like to know more about your managerial experiences, have you ever worked with teams/clients abroad, how many promotions have you had, what was your GPA in school, and what do you do beyond work? once I know ALL of these PLUS your GMAT, and your school wish list, I can give you a chances estimate. but to be honest, take the GMAT first, then, we can talk again (send me your CV and GMAT score to Shimriw@ARINGO.com) GOOD LUCK in the GMAT!

just a general question, do people who have got a gmat waiver get scholarships as well?

you have a fantastic profile! the fact that you studied Pharmacy is already unique, but it is great you hardly practised in it and work in sales and bus dev 
the fact that u work for an American multinational health care company with headquarters in the US will definitely help you a lot
There are many many good full-time MBA programs, but the main question here is what interests you (healthcare? or career shift to another industry) AND, what GMAT score you will have 
If you score 680-700, I would go for programs ranked 15-30 (so UNC / Emory / Foster / Georgetown). a lower GMAT would mean a lower-ranked school

Generally speaking, yes. but naturally, their chances are lower vs. someone with a 780 GMAT...
