3 Panelists - All alumni from CO'11, '17, and '19 (1 male and 2 females). Interview went on for around 45 mins. 1. Intro 2. Talked a bit about my work-experience, my position in the value chain. They asked me a bit more about digital transformations since I had mentioned it in my intro. 3. Why MBA? - told short term goal is to become a product manager and long term is to lead market verticals and eventually become CTO or CIO 4. Cross questioning on why can't you do those things without an MBA. 5. Questions on leadership experience, what I bring to ISB, what will my natural career progression would be without an MBA, what motivates me at my job. 6. They again circled back to if you're so satisfied in your current job, and have received promotions, why do you still want to do an MBA - told them what I would miss if I did not do an MBA. 7. Leadership experience outside of my work. 8. Anything else you'd like us to know - talked about my beliefs on Stoicism and how it helps me cope with stress on my job. Further discussion went on to about the prominent personalities following Stoicism and how Buddhism is different from Stoicism. Overall the interviewers were very cordial and it felt like they just want to know more about me. For the interview prep, I took Preppie's help. They helped a lot from training to mock interviews, and helped me do some introspection and come up with a few stories before the interview. Would definitely recommend.
