I had my interview with senior director of diversity, equity and inclusion. The experience was smooth.
It was basically a monologue where I introduced myself and shared about my formative experiences, career trajectory, short term and long term goals, why MBA, Why Darden and my hobbies.
He cross questioned me on some aspects of my undergrad, the industry I'm working in and my goals. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
It helps to have your story prepared covering the elements I shared above and probably practice it a bit.

I had my Kellogg interview yesterday with an alumnus from an earlier batch. The interviewer was friendly and was quite transparent about the entire process ; the interviewer was also quite forthcoming in answering my questions on the Kellogg 1Y program.
The question-set was fairly standard:
"Tell me about yourself"
"What do you like about your work"
"What do you not like about your work"
"Example of working in a diverse team"
"Professional strengths"
"Professional weaknesses"
"Why MBA, why Kellogg, why now"
"Anything else you'd like to talk about"
We rounded up the interview with my questions and got done in ~50 mins.As always, it was a good experience.

Debrief for Gurgaon
The interview was scheduled for 3 pm, eventually took place at 4:40 pm
Extempore: globalisation is overrated, countries should focus on local manufacturing (had to take a stand, either for or against this statement)
I took a stand against this statement and said globalisation is not at all overrated.
Cross questing around this for the next 5-10 mins. They tried to wind me up and get me in a hole by giving examples, I stood on my stand with examples of my own.
Then questions related to the work I did for my last client. Then some questions regarding my current firm and their pricing model.
Then one question regarding a hypothetical scenario.
The overall interview lasted around 20-22 mins. No chance to ask questions of my own and no questions regarding why MBA or goals. Don't really know what to make of that.
Good luck to everyone.
