I had an online interview with Michael Mandrioli on 18th Feb'20 and it lasted about 25 mins. He was extremely attentive and welcoming and he made the interview feel more like a casual conversation. There were some issues with the interview portal initially, so we moved the interview to Skype.
The questions that I was asked were on the lines of:
1. Tell me more about your journey and how you arrived where you are today.
2. Why do you want to do an MBA now?
3. On what parameters did you decide which schools to apply to? And which schools have you applied to?
4. Did you select Owen on these parameters or something more?
5. Which is the one skill that you want to improve while at Owen? What is your plan for it?
6. Tell me about a time when you worked on a project which later failed? How did you turn the tables around?
7. Owen is a diverse class. How will you contribute towards enriching the experience of your peers?
8. Do you have any questions for me?
I hope this helps! Good luck guys! :)

In line with the other interview outlines.
It started out my story
Some follow up questions of how I've worked in teams and my leadership style
Relevance of an MBA
Why Darden
That was most of the interview. I had a couple of other questions and the interview wound up in around 35 mins. A little earlier than the 40 mins slot scheduled.

I had my interview on campus with an MBA2 on Feb 10, 2020. It was a blind interview. It lasted a little over 35 minutes.
I was asked the following questions:
1) Tell me about yourself and why you need an MBA. (This was really more like 3 questions: walk through resume, short-term goals, and why MBA? So, this ended up taking about 10 minutes as my response turned into conversation.)
2) Why Ross? (Took about 5 mins.)
*At this point, the interviewer said he would ask exactly 4 behavioral questions.
3) Tell me about a time when you were given a project that you had no prior knowledge of.
4) Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
5) Tell me about a time you coached or mentored someone.
6) Tell me about a time you received difficult feedback.
At this point, we had 13 minutes left out of the scheduled 40 minutes. The interviewer asked if I had any questions. I asked a couple of questions and we conversed for about 10 minutes and ended the interview.
The interviewer was taking a lot of notes throughout but was definitely listening well and made sure to keep the interview conversational.
Good luck!

3. Why do you want to do an MBA?
4. What are your goals?
5. How does being at Kelley help you in your career?
6. Tell me about a project where you demonstrated leadership. What did you exactly do? What were the results of your efforts?
7. Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with your colleague(s). How did you resolve it?
8. Tell me about a piece of constructive feedback that you received. What did you do about it?
9. Tell me about your biggest personal or professional achievement.
10. What skills or personality traits would you bring to the team environment at Kelley?
11. Do you have any questions for me?
I hope this helps! Good luck guys! :)

Interviewed on campus with an admissions committee member.
True to other debriefs here, the interview was very much a conversation, the interviewer was extremely open and receptive and it felt like I was talking to a friend.
Started out with a general conversation about my travel into NYC (I'm an international student) and how I was finding my time in the city. We then progressed to a more focused conversation about my interest in the program.
She mentioned that the interview was more of an informal avenue for her to figure out my personal motivations and how I would fit into the class rather than a conversation about my resume and achievements, which really put me at ease.
Some questions asked were:
Why MBA?
Why Stern?
What is your leadership style?
How would your managers describe you? (I had earlier spoken about my admiration for one of my recommenders, which eventually led to this question)
What are 3 strengths of yours, and one weakness?
How do you build relationships within your team, outside of work?
Why your specific career path?
How would you like your friends to describe you one year from now?
She ended with some time for questions from me.
The entire interview lasted 35 minutes or so, but it honestly breezed by thanks to how comfortable I was. Best of luck to all of you who read this!

Had my interview with a member of the career management team - it was about 10 am in the morning in Ontario and the interview lasted 60 mins, including Q&A. Overall, the session was quite pleasant and enjoyable. Consolidating all the lists of interview questions I could find for Ivey online, I had prepared for 3-4 "tough" questions but I only had to answer 1 from this group I anticipated and I didn't get drilled for that one either.
The focus was on my planning post-MBA, work experience (touching briefly on my role then more heavily on decision-making or challenges), and behavior.
List of questions, as best as I can recall:
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why Canada?
3. What do you do in your current role?
4. Why Ivey and why an MBA
5. What are your goals post-MBA, long-term and short-term?
6. What sectors are you interested in?
7. Related to post-MBA goal plan B: What companies are you interested in?
8. What value do you think you would bring to Ivey
9. Tell me about a time you received feedback during work and what you did about it
10. Tell me about a time you had to make a decision with a lack of information
11. Would you be able to give me an idea for a good case study?
12. Q&A session
General tips:
1. Try to generate rapport with your interviewer. If the university discloses the interviewer's name ahead of time, do some research (LinkedIn, etc) to see if there might be something worth mentioning, such as experience in a sector you are interested in. Throw in some relevant jokes, if you are able to do so naturally.
2. Ask at least 3 questions that you've thought about beforehand that communicate that you are thinking about things long-term or trying to make decisions about the program strategically.

Had my interview a few hours ago with The Associate Dir. of Admissions - Alexsis Scott, the whole thing lasted about 40+ mins. Alexsis made it super comfortable for me to speak and allowed me to express everything I wanted to share while answering her questions. The following are the questions (which I remember being asked...as the whole thing seems a blur now because it went by so fast!)
1. What has inspired you to get an MBA? Why Foster?
2. What are you most excited about/looking forward to at Foster?
3. What challenges/opportunities do you expect to have while at Foster?
4. How can you contribute to the Foster community, esp. w.r.t. to clubs and activities?
5. Why do you think you will be suitable for the roles you have mentioned post-MBA?
6. Any situation where you got negative feedback? Most recent professional compliment?
7. Anything you would like to ask me?
Hope this helps!

I had my interview with Mr John Ivy, and I must say irrespective of the outcome, it was an enjoyable experience. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature and focused beyond the generic ones that would require brief outline about myself. It would be great to know your work in and out, and have the ability to explain it to a layman.
Also, the interview lasted about 30 mins.

Don't worry at all about the interview. Everyone is super nice! Just have clarity and oral practice of the following questions:
1. Walk me through your resume/ Tell me about yourself
2. Why MBA and why now?
3. Why Simon
4. Professional and Personal challenge and how you overcame it
I have been admitted with scholarship and I was asked the above questions on campus by an alumni who was super sweet, but I'll also list down a few others I was asked at other schools:
5. 3 words that describe you
6. Leadership experience
7. What did you learn about yourself from the application process
8. Strongest and weakest parts of your application
Good luck on the interview. Just keep calm, SMILE and be confident. Imagine that you are already a business leader and talk like one!

It's very conversational. They'll ask you to walk through your resume and about your work experiences. They did not ask any questions about my undergraduate schools, but I would be prepared just in case. They did ask me why I wanted to go to Simon. They did a great job of helping me feel relaxed. Be yourself and prepare for all of the standard interview questions, you'll do great! There is also an interview debrief section here on GMAT for Simon that has some excellent debriefs.
