I had opted for a virtual interview.
I was matched with a 2nd year student who was a marine veteran, who had done a consulting intern. He was so awesome! super comforting yet professional and was really attentive. The overall interview was for around 45 minutes, with roughly 7-8 minute for questions and rest was our discussion. The only hiccup I made was not being very well versed with my Why Tuck response, but felt made ground on it on how will I contribute to Tuck question. Apart from this, I felt my interview went really well.
Questions:
Walk me through your CV
Your biggest achievement?
Talk more about the carbon market tool you developed
More about your experience in Tokyo
Disagreement
Why MBA? (I included ST and LT goals here)
Why Tuck?
Giving someone hard feedback
How will you contribute?

I had opted for an off-campus, but in-person interview in Delhi-NCR region in India, but that was changed to virtual interview.
I was matched with a 2nd year student from Chinese descent, who had done an investment banking intern. She was awesome overall: super kind, comforting and really attentive. The overall interview was for over 50 minutes, with roughly 10 minute for questions and rest was our discussion. The only minor challenge I had was maybe she didn't have the strongest command on English and didn't understand some of my statements, but apart from it I felt my interview went really well.
Questions:
Introduction
Talk more about the kinds of projects you do
What do you mean by carbon markets?
What countries have you travelled to?
Biggest Achievement
Disagreement
Why MBA? (I included ST and LT goals here)
What Booth resources have you researched about how would that be helpful to you?
How will you contribute?
Some discussion about my hobby around watches

my interview went for 20 mins. It was really conversational. Adcom director properly read my application and resume, so he had a good idea about my profile.
He asked me:
My short and long term goals
Why Marshall?
Then in QnA, I asked him 4-5 qs.

Literally so nice and warm
Asked me to tell her a little about my career journey, my goals, anything I thought might challenge me in an MBA program, what I do for fun, any questions I had

My interview went for 40 mins. She did ask me about my official ID, so you should carry a passport or some proof. She had a list of questions to ask, so no curveball or unexpected questions. Below are the questions she asked:
Could you please share your personal and professional journey? Please include why MBA and why this is the right moment for MBA?
What drew you towards Anderson, and why do you think it will be a perfect school for me?
Short term and long term goals, and for both goals how do you think Anderson will help me prepare in terms of academically and professionally?
Plan B for short term goal
Could you share a bit more in terms of how do you plan to contribute to Anderson community. what kind of unique traits and leadership capabilities you will bring at Anderson?
TMAT when you faced a challenge. How did you overcome it? What lessons you have learned and did you seek advice from people around you?
What are my top 3 strengths and 1 weakness? how are you improving it?
then last 15 mins, I asked her 3-4 questions.

I believe they try to match you with someone based on your profile to make the conversation meaningful. It was conversational but few questions were curveball based on my goals. Lots of follow-up on goals, why a particular company, any particular client of the company I will be interested to work with. Then generic - TMAY, Why MBA, Why CBS and how will you contribute to CBS. Specific question around my resume as well on why certain professional qualification and how will it be benefit with an MBA addition. Lastly, they asked me interests outside work and opened the floor for any questions I had.

My interview just went for like 30 mins
My interviewer asked me few questions for 25 mins. And I spent the next five minutes asking my questions
So I don’t know if it’s normal
Because Fuqua interviews normally go for around 45-50 mins

Interview experience sharing:
I interviewed with a second-year student and she was very friendly. The interview lasted about 50 minutes. The interview style didn’t include follow-up questions, so it’s better to include all your key points directly in your answers rather than trying to hold something back for later.
1. Can you tell me about yourself and share more about who you are?
2. What motivates you both personally and professionally?
3. What would you say is your greatest personal achievement?
4. Why are you applying for an MBA, and why at this particular moment?
5. Can you go deeper into your short-term and long-term career goals?
6. What is your Plan B if your primary career goals don’t work out?
7. What has been the best piece of constructive feedback you have received from a manager?
8. How would your manager describe you, and why are you an asset to the team?
9. Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with a team member and how you resolved it?
10. Can you tell me about a time you made a mistake in a leadership position?
11. How do you think an ideal team should work?
12. What about Fuqua is different from the other MBA programs you’re considering?
13. What particular communities excite you the most and why?
14. What does Team Fuqua mean to you?
15. Do you have any questions for me?
Hope that helps!

Mine was with an alum - but similar experience. Very conversational and friendly in tone but also a lot of follow-up questions. The follow-ups did seem to come from genuine interest/curiosity, but they weren’t questions that would be easy to “gloss over”.

Hey. My interview was with a 2nd year student. I think they try to match you with someone with similar background. It was conversational but also tough because he asked a lot of follow up questions on my goals, my background, how it is linked, any specific companies (in terms of my goals) I am interested in etc etc. then generic TMAY, Why MBA, Why CBS, interests outside work.

My Interview questions
1. Can you tell me a little more about yourself?
2. What prompted you to pursue an MBA? What are you hoping to get out of it?
3. Where do you see yourself short term vs long term? (one follow up: Is there anything stopping you from reaching that manager role without an MBA?)
4. What has you interested in Tuck specifically?
5. Why are you proud of your campaign accomplishment, and how did you execute it? (one follow up regarding the story)
6. Tell me about a time you received difficult feedback and how you handled it.
7. What unique voice or perspective would you bring to the Tuck community? Is there anything we haven’t discussed that you’d like the admissions committee to know?

Hi Guys, R1 admit here.
Apart from the general questions that I can see here, a few questions I would like to talk about:
What is your Plan C? (because of the current job market)
One question which I wasn't prepared for and was unexpected is - what location would you like to work at Europe, Asia, USA ? if USA where in USA , etc. I don't remember whether it was short term or long term.
Tell me about a time you stood up for your colleague.

My interview was started 10 minutes late. Even though I had joined on time and I could see the interviewer was also there, he didn't add me into the call and I kept waiting. The interview ended in like 15 mins I think.
No reaction to my answers, no follow-ups, felt like he was reading through a script and seemed to be doing some other work.
