hi there, great GMAT score and GPA. Your goals sound alright, but make sure that you can personalize them as many applicants have similar goals like yours and you don't want to sound generic.

Got ya! You look good. I would suggest reaching out to current students at those schools (folks from Africa will be able to relate) - I know there are quite a few including Nigeria and other locations at those programs. Many will be open to giving a bit of time but you must be considerate and strategic and smart with your questions. Don't ask them baby questions and go for something thought-provoking. You can find them on the school's site or via LinkedIn. most will have a Thanksgiving break and likely bored on Thur/Fri Nov 28/29.

You seem to have made quite a jump from your part time jobs to the Ecommerce site and your current role. Adcoms will view this favorably. The current work experience sounds most interesting and you can spin this very well in your essays by talking about the large scale impact you are able to create through your work. A few other plus points are that you have international experience and work with NGOs- both are noteworthy.
Given your career goals, you could add RSM and Copenhagen Business School to your list.
