Priyanka here from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, you have got a decent experience range for ISB, and coming from e-commerce/retail can be quite relevant for a consulting pivot if positioned well. Your GPA is on the lower side, so your GMAT/GRE and overall work impact will play a very important role in balancing your profile. ISB focuses a lot on leadership, impact, and clarity of goals.
Share more details on:

Good Luck!
1. Work-ex: Mid-level manager in a startup in the UAE. Stayed there for 4+ years and worked with founders to build the UAE business. Launching new products, and oversaw the supply chain of the highest grossing business line in the UAE. I recently travelled to the Philippines to set up a business unit there as well. It was a month long project. Worked across Philippines from Manila to Davao. I have a lot of cross-functional experience with projects ranging from Marketing to Operations, Product to Business strategies.
2. Leadership: I was the Supply Chain Lead, so directly managed 4 folks and indirectly managed another 4 folks. I have experience in working with over 100 external stakeholders/clients helping them scale their business.
3. Extra-curricular: Amateur cricket player, active in the amateur circuit. Active in social community work as well - part of multiple community drives for Indian festivals in the UAE.
4. Targeting a 685 - not sure how close I will get to that because my first ever mock was 585 (given last week).
5. Want to get into consulting so that I can gain a generalist style experience in operating and optimizing existing business frameworks in the short term post MBA. However, my long term aspiration is to start my own business (already working on the set up for that too).
