Hello, nnamuun28, and welcome to the community. If you mean the OG Diagnostic Test questions, you can track them down through the Official Guides Master Directory. Just click on the image of the 2020 edition and scroll down to the question index. The questions have been the same for the past several editions, as has the Interpretive Guide that follows the diagnostic (based on the number of questions you answered correctly):
Problem Solving: Excellent (19-24); Above Average (16-18); Average (10-15); Below Average (0-9)
Data Sufficiency: Excellent (19-24); Above Average (16-18); Average (10-15); Below Average (0-9)
If you are looking for more data than that, an actual number to tie to your performance, then a full-length practice test of some sort (official or otherwise, if you are just getting your feet wet) might be more what you have in mind.
