Hi there,
Congrats on a fantastic GMAT score! Your overall score followed by your Q/V breakdown are what the schools will be focused on. And that's for a couple of reasons: a) because the overall score is what the schools publish and what factors into the rankings and b) because the IR portion of the GMAT is relatively new so there's much less precedent- and so it gets less focus. The schools will look at your IR score but it's less important and as long as the rest of your application is strong (undergrad GPA, work experience, defined career goals & "why MBA", etc.) then I definitely wouldn't recommend re-taking the test only for the IR score. However, if you think you have upside in your overall score, then sure, you might as well re-take it in order to get a better score across the board.
Bottom line: unless you have any blatant weaknesses in your profile that you think the IR could help mitigate, then you can celebrate your score and shift your focus to the next steps in your application process!
Best of luck!
Kindly,
Melody
