MGMAT number properties is exactly what you need. Together with this you should also go through the
MGMAT inequalities and VICs guide,
MGMAT word translations guide. Also the concise notes provided here as part of the GMATClub math book:
gmat-math-book-87417.html are really awesome and you should go through them. Make sure you first build your concepts. Sub 35 quant definitely indicates that you are not up to date with your concepts yet. Take a little time to really iron out your concepts and then start practice questions.
