Which of the the following sentences are correct? Could you kindly also explain why?

She jealously watched her boyfriend flirting with another girl

OR

She jealously watched her boyfriend who flirted with another girl

I think the first sentence is correct. It means she felt jealous when she watched her Boyfriend was flirting with another girl. Past simple combine with past continuous.

Should be First one. Since she watched when her boyfriend was flirting .
Second statement implied she was watching her boyfriend(jealously) but why is not clear

OR

She jealously watched her boyfriend who flirted with another girl


The meaning is succinctly conveyed in the first sentence. The verb+ing modifier usage in this sentence shows the relationship more clearly than the relative pronoun i.e.. she watched her boyfriend while he was flirting with another girl.
