Hi,

If you wan to work with Health NGO ; go with Fuqua . But again again lots of NGO has the agenda towards humanitarian rights and international affairs - for which foster will suit to your needs. I guess you need to refigure out by visiting the school and have a talk with one of the professors , for your options and your goals.

Also try to figure out which job title you wants to serve in future . The following are the current JOB profile of a manager ; i named the school after each post which you would like to apply in future

1. Regulatory affairs manager- Foster

2. Program Manager - Fuqua

3. HRM Manager- fuqua / foster

4. Public relations Manager - foster

etc.

Best of Luck

Don't a lot of schools offer loan forgiveness if you enter in the non-profit sector and stay? I'd verify whether Duke does / doesn't..

Thank you all so much for the input. Unfortunately I'm out of the country with a lack of internet and phone and I'm not able to visit either school before having to decide. It's a really tough decision that I've been going back and forth with daily, if not hourly. There are definite pros and cons to each. I really appreciate all your help and input and I luckily have a few more days till I need to make a final decision. Today I've been leaning Fuqua, but yesterday it was Foster.... I guess I need to make my mind up here soon. Thanks so much again!

This. Non-profit is a great goal, but it isn't always feasible to do right after B-school. Sometimes it's good to pick up some corporate experience that you can apply to the non-profit role. In this case, Duke wins despite the debt burden.
