I had bought my e-GMAT Verbal Online course on 11 June 2018. Was working fine for the last 10 days but suddenly its showing error.

When I try to login using my email it says username does not exist thus I am not even able to do 'Forget my password' option. If I try to login through google (as I was using all this while), It is blocking the site.

Did you try to contact to them? Like sending email or calling them for your problem. You can go back to your email and check if they send to you verified email.

hi friend,
i had brought my egmat course on 4th Aug 2018. initiall initially it was working fine few days back i changed my password, after that i am unable to login in my egmat account even,i try to connect with egmat support team including most of the top egmat team member but they are not replying back.

Sorry to hear that - perhaps egmat can chime in. Most often this is an issue with email (people miss email, it gets eated in spam, junk, deleted, etc).

i have checked my all folders and pinged them personally in LinkedIn but no response.

I am login my account with my mobile and my computer.

since last Saturday i am continuously sending email but not getting any response.

Try contacting on email I'D on their 'Buy course options' page.
Also,Try sending from different email ID next time to all their Id's you had contacted.

Hi rahulkankane,

We have responded to your email as well as provided clarification multiple times. Here is what Rajat mentioned in his communication
"Your account has been disabled. We don't allow resale of e-GMAT accounts. Please refer to the email that Zinna sent to you."

To this your response was - "I have not sold my account. i am only using my account. please reactivate my account so i can continue my study."

Please note we have clear evidence of you trying to sell your e-GMAT account. I would be happy to paste those screenshots here.

i got only one email from zinna.
after that i did not received any email communication from egmat team.please check your email how many times

please let me know. how much time will take to activate my account again.

Hi rahulkankane,

Rajat had replied to your message to him on Linkedin. We have again sent a mail to you today since you said that you didn't receive our previous communication to you. We have proof of you trying to sell your e-GMAT account because of which your account has been terminated. I would recommend that you respond to that as a reply to the mail sent to you. The mails have been sent from our support id and from the id of a member of our team.

i was not able to logging,so i did forgot password multiple time. last email i received from support team was yesterday with new password.
