Video Essay: Mostly behavioral questions. Something about yourself that you should be able to answer instantly (3-5 seconds taped video question - 30 seconds prep time - 1 min 30 seconds actual response time). Mine were: 1. What do you make really well? 2. If you had an extra hour every day, what would you do with this time? MOCK: Tell me about a failure from which you learned something.
