Hi coroston,
An ESR isn't "functional" until your Official Score has been 'certified.' Since the At-home GMAT was introduced, general 'wait times' to receive the Official Score (and thus, the option to access the corresponding ESR) have often taken a week - or more - to pass. In a prior post, you described taking the At-home GMAT on June 4th. If that's the case, then you've been waiting for over 3 weeks - and that IS an abnormally long amount of time. It's possible that your Official Score Report got 'hung up', which ultimately means that this will only be solved through Customer Support at mba.com. I assume that it'll be tedious to go through those extra steps, but there's a chance that there's nobody actively looking to make sure that your Score is made available (so you'll have to reach out and get someone to work on your behalf).
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
