I have a question about application forms. I am currently filling out 2 of my applications and both have questions about my salary history, even though they are optional.

As of right now, I am making close to a post-MBA salary in some industries, but I am not pursuing an MBA for a salary increase.

Will disclosing my salary on the application reflect poorly when AdComs make their decisions (either on admission status or financial aid)?
the simple answer is yes. if you are making a lot of money, and disclosing it, your chances for a full scholarship are lower and for financial aid will be slim
Ok, so not disclosing my salary at all will not be considered bad right?

INSEAD puts a lot of emphasis on international experience but due to COVID i was not able to travel to UK but i still supported all the work while working from home. I will definitely mention all the details of work i supported n the countries but will this be enough for INSEAD.

if it is optional, no harm

this is only one (important, but still one) factor INSEAD takes into account...
if all the rest are perfect, you will not be dinged on this basis... most people didn’t travel this year...
