I will go with "or" ...I don't think "and" works here....

A. and being morally generous (Three items should be simple and parallel)
B. or generosity of morality (Usage of or is wrong)
C. as well as moral generosity (Usage of as well as is wrong)
D. and moral generosity (Correct)
E. moral, or being generous (Same as B)
