After a thorough review of the complete FT report, considering the assigned weights, I would categorise criteria into these top 5 buckets that significantly influenced these results, listed in decreasing order (>80%):

1. Salary (Weighted & Increase)
2. Diversity(Sector Diversity, Gender Diversity & Global representation)
3. Doctorate Faculty & Research
4. Alumni Satisfaction (Money Value, Career progression & Goals achieved)
5. Sustainability (Carbon Footprint & Sustainability teaching hours)
