Dear Amar,
First of all, congratulations on your 720. I am super happy for you, and I hope you will increase it further post your next attempt. You have been one of my most diligent Last Mile students and I knew you would do it.
Your journey has 3 principal areas of focus:
Diligent approach towards the 3-Stages of Learning: Foundation, Practice, Test Readiness: Since your starting score was low for Verbal, you had to diligently follow the 3 stages of the learning process. You did the concepts well (
80%+ scores in quizzes), did Cementing well, and fared well in Test Readiness.
Sufficient Revision and targeted practice on weak areas: You understood the areas you were weak in (For Example Assumption / Strengthen Weaken in CR) and revised them till you mastered them.
You were very diligent in the process of Strategic Review, and it translated into your score improvement.
Closing out on Test Readiness and Mocks: You completed learning and solving questions, but the last leg of your prep was to combine everything into taking Test Readiness quizzes simulating the test environment. Your good scores in the quizzes translated into good mock scores. In fact, your last mock was very close to your actual GMAT Score.
I have tried collating everything in a video to summarize your entire journey.

I am very sure a lot of students will get motivation from your story. A 130-point score improvement is a great motivation and example of hard work and persistence.
All the best for the next steps.
Regards,
Atreya
