Statement 1-

Unit digit of n can be 1, 4, 5, 6 or 9

Unit digit of n^4 can be 1, 6, 5 or 9

Insufficient

Statement 2

Unit digit of n can be 2, 4, 6 or 8

Unit digit of n^4 is 6

Sufficient

OMGGGG so trickyyyyyyyy


1---> could be 4 as cyclicity of 4 is 2
could be 6 with cyclicity 1
could be 5 with cyclicity 1
NOt sufficient.


2----> 2, 4 , 6 or 8 are the options. All yield 6 in their 4th powers respectively.




IM stumped. Need to go out for some time , I feel.
