Hi,
I've completed my Masters in computer science in the US and have been working for the past 2 years.
I've given my 1st mock and scored 590.
Scored a 660 on my 2nd mock after about 50 hours of prep.
I am ideally aiming for 730ish score.
But my primary question is whether having a masters in the US and work experience here would help my application? Or am i going to be put in the same boat of overly represented candidates?
I ask this because I would like to get an idea of my target score that I would need to attain to apply to certain schools.

Welcome to Gmatclub. 590 is a good score to start with. Unfortunately, you will be in the same boat of over represented applicants. You might have a slight edge over Indian applicants, who do not have any International work experience. US schools put more weightage to GMAT score than other factors, so you must aim and get around 750-760. Let us know about your profile details and which schools you are targeting?

Hi, GMAT Score is a part of your application only. It is not a complete factor to decide your admission. You will be treated as an Indian applicant only. However, you will have an additional advantage of international WE. So, your targeted school average would be sufficient to your profile.
