This is an Inference type question. So the correct option has to be 100% in accordance with the passage.

A. Since the profits generated by E, EC, T, and A rated games are higher than E10+ rated games, GamesWorld is not likely to change its product mix. - Profits are not discussed in the passage. Eliminate.

B. Since the number of games GamesWorld produces annually is constant, it is likely to start manufacturing a higher proportion E10+ rated games in the near future. - This seems likely. If this happens, customer satisfaction is likely to improve. Proportion of E10+ games needs to be higher than all other games. Only issue with this option is that the number of games produced being constant needs to be taken as a premise. Hold on to this.

C. For a similar price, GamesWorld will create a new subscription model that will allow customers who just like E10+ games to access the same. - Seems good at first. But is in contravention to the subscription policy, as per which all games need to be accessible. Access to just one game is not only against the subscription policy but also is likely to only meet the customer expectations and not 'exceed' customer expectations as the company's goal. Hence Eliminate.

D. GamesWorld will likely stop manufacturing E, EC, T and A rated games for some time. - Not likely. Eliminate

E. To produce more games, GamesWorld will try and divert some research and development money from E10+ games to E, EC, T, and A rated games. - not relevant.

B is the correct option.
