Yes it is worth the cost.
pros : Many Questions, nice analytics dashboard, extensive question catalog.
cons : lengthy, you might feel some chapters are very easy and can be skipped.

Yes they have modified the course as per the focus edition.

i have completed about 45% of the course in 20-22 days, spending roughly 3-4 hours daily.
