Formulas:
Volume = πr2h
Circumference= 2πr
It is given that r=2

(1) The circumference is one-fifth the volume.

Circumference = $$\frac{1}{5}$$ * Volume

4π = $$\frac{1}{5}$$ * 4πh

20π = 4πh

5π=πh

h=5 Sufficient

(2) V = 20π

20 = π4h

h=5 Sufficient
