Hi All,

Applying to few schools in Round 2 and using the commo LOR by GMAC.

So can I just give the pdf of the LOR to my recommender and he can upload that to all the applications I am requesting from him ?

They can use GMAC common LOR as a guidance but the recommendation question varies based on the school you are applying. You can reach out school recommendation questions via google.

I see meaning that nit justbI will work my ass off for my recommendation but also my recommender will ?

Many top business schools use the GMAC common LOR questions, but in any case you need to register your recommenders on your online application, and then they get an email with a link to the LOR system where they can submit the LOR on your behalf. Sometimes they can upload the PDF form, and sometimes they are required to answer the questions in text boxes.
In addition to the LOR questions, some schools also have an evaluation grid where recommenders are asked to rank the applicant according to different skills/traits.
