I got a GMAT of 700 with Q51 (99 percentile) and V32 (68 percentile) IR8 AWA4
My profile:
Final year Chemical Engineering Undergraduate at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) - among top 3 colleges in India
Extracurriculars - Held leadership roles and had a major impact
Internship Experience: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (A large MnC) in which I got a pre-placement offer.
Grade: 7.6 on 10
What all are my possible options?

Are you trying to go directly to business school? You would be looking more at an MIM than an MBA which requires work experience and having made an impact, for a good business school. What's the rush? You can apply now (or, Spring) for deferred programs - I have a list of these on this page https://mbaessaycoaching.com/top-program-deadlines/ however still, you would need to gain work experience prior to enrollment.
It's in your best interest because in my opinion going to business school with no experience is like hanging up a picture on the wall but there is no nail. There's nothing to hang it on. Just kind of slips off. I got a lot out of the case-based classes, but wish I had been more experienced myself prior to attending.
