GMAT 710 - Should I retake?

Hi guys,
I took the GMAT earlier today and scored 710 (Q49 v38). I was scoring in the range of 740-760 on GMATPrep(Scored 760 3 times). What I am really disappointed about is my verbal score. I got a verbal score of 41-44 in all the mocks that i took.
The people at the testing center kept giving me markers that would stop working after a question or two and i had to violently shake the marker to get it working or use another marker. This resulted in loss of time. Also, I couldn't concentrate(especially during the verbal section) due to blurred vision(probably a side effect of my eye drop or maybe i need prescription spectacles). The gist of it is- I don't think I scored as high as I could have.
Anyway, I plan to apply for top MIM schools, namely HEC Paris, ESSEC, LBS, WHU and ESDAE (maybe more). Most of these schools' MIM programs have an average GMAT score of 710 or lower. Should I retake the GMAT or should I focus on my application?
Thank you
PS. I also posted the same thing in the general section and I believe that was the wrong section to post in. Would appreciate it if someone could delete that post.
