I think for ivy leagues you would face some challenge because of your lower IR and AWA
So if Ivy Leagues are the target then YES is the answer to your question

Hello, eshaan917. I would say that we need more context to offer an informed opinion. I have worked with clients who have earned low-to-middle IR or AWA scores and still earned spots at top-tier schools, but there are plenty of considerations that go into an admissions decision, such as demographics, work experience, essays, and even extracurriculars. A 730 is a fine total score, one that would be competitive at most programs. A 4 IR/AWA is decent enough. But if you come from, say, an Indian IT background and have little real-world experience, then you may want to take the exam again, depending on where you hope to apply. (You could always pose the same question to an admissions expert in the Profile Evaluations forum to see what sort of feedback you get.)
In short, a score alone, no matter how great or poor, will not guarantee you a spot in any program. You did well on the part of the GMAT™ that matters most. That we can say for sure.
