It usually consists of not more than 25% of the problems which are rated as 700+. That said, they are hard and very useful to achieve great quant score in the actual gmat. I scored an average of 45 in gmat club cats and ended up with 48 on the real gmat. So, I think we can expect few points up when we practise gmat club tests

I totally agree. I took GMAT online and got 49 on quant. I always get 80%+ in OG questions and for some reason, my GMAT Club scores are always below 50%. I concluded that I should take it with a grain of salt and use GMAT Club questions as a way to refresh concepts, but not as a way to gauge my quant level.

The general consensus of people who I've encountered who've used myriad resources and taken at least one GMAT is that the Quant tests are useful, but harder than the real thing, and the Verbal tests are, not unlike those of most third party sources, best taken with an enormous grain of salt.

In my opinion, no third party company comes close to the rigour and sophistication of GMAC when it comes to verbal (ESPECIALLY for "700" questions); Gmatclub is no exception.
