1st quarter = 1700 (given)
2nd quarter = 1700 + 1700 (14/100) = 1938 (make use of calculator)
3rd Quarter = 1938 + 1938 (17.5/100) = 2277.15
4th Quarter = 2277.15 + 2277.15(21/100) = 2755.3515
