To stop the rash from happening in the place we should go with Option 4.
Reason: This plant looks a lot like Jewelweed. It has leaves with edges and a stem that is kind of see-through and juicy.
We usually find Jewelweed near streams. If we use Jewelweed away it can stop the Poison Oak rash. The hiker found this plant one hour after getting into the Poison Oak.
So it is the choice to stop the rash.
For the most important thing, which is to make the itch feel better we should choose Option 3.

First priority is option 4. That's Jewelweed: smooth single leaves, translucent stem, wet soil, and found just an hour after exposure, so it can still block the rash.
Second priority is option 3. That's Aloe Vera: thick succulent leaves with clear gel in dry sandy soil, perfect for treating the rash once it appears.
Options 1, 5, and 6 are useless because they don't match either helpful plant, and option 2 is the right type of plant but shows up after the rash has already set in.
