Since it has a clear gel and is found in dry soil, using the above table, let us assume that it is Aloe Vera. However, the timeline of one hour after contact tells us that even if it is Aloe Vera, it would not be useful, since Aloe Vera only helps soothe rash irritation after the rash is developed. It is highly unlikely that the rash would be developed within an hour of contact, basis the information given to us about Poison Oak. Also, it is not consistent with any Jewelweed properties. We can eliminate this option.
Option 6: A plant with notched single leaves and orange flowers found in wet soil one hour after Poison Oak contact
