monthly total = n × n = n2
for 3 months = 3n2
next 6 months, ppl = n/2:
monthly total = n/2 × n/2 = n2/4
for 6 months = 6n2/4
last 3 months, ppl = n/4:
for 3 months = 3n2/16
so,
3n2 + 6n2/4 + 3n2/16 = 10,800
