Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m facing a frustrating delay with my GMAT score, and I’m hoping someone here might have advice on how to escalate my case or get in direct contact with the right people at GMAC.
I took the GMAT Focus Edition on February 22, 2025, but my mba portal still shows "Result Pending" with no official score report available. I contacted GMAC, Pearson, and my test center (IBS Global Services Paris) multiple times, and I was finally told that the issue was due to a problem with my photo upload during the exam, which blocked the release of my score. The test center has provided written confirmation of this.
I’ve been told that GMAC will only begin investigating my case this Friday (March 14), since it will have been 20 days—beyond the normal timeframe for score delivery. However, I need my official score urgently for business school deadlines, and I fear that waiting for the standard investigation process might take too long.

Hi Simsim34,
It sounds as though you may not be able to nudge GMAC to resolve this issue quickly, so the next best option is to contact the admissions staff at your desired schools and let them know what is going on.
