Thanks a lot for this book! It's great source of info!
I found some mistakes and I think it's better to correct them - there are no answers for the problem sets "Between/among" & "Like/as if"

Thank you. I will look into the Between/among and like/as exercises.
Anything else - please PM me or reply here.

Thank you!

Just noticed that we have 2 exercises #13 and #14 (basically numbering went off) and we dropped 2 of the explanation keys accidentally - I am going through my drafts to restore them.

Hello bb,

Can we purchase the book through credit card? I am not sure if I can remember my paypal details. Would prefer to use my credit card instead.

I was just going through the preview of the book. Looks like it will be a very useful resource.

Had a question on Exercise 3, question 8 (page23). Below is the answer from the book (page 102):

8. ___An___ hour ago I saw ___a___ eagle flying overhead.

I was thinking if the it should be "an eagle" instead of "a eagle". My reference: the song "i want to fly like an eagle... to the sea" ;).

Let me know if I am not right.

Are the tests in the book similar to the GMAT Club Verbal Tests?

You are absolutely correct; I have fixed the typo. Thank you!

Hi bb, I've purchased the book resently and I find it very helpful. I think other non-native speakers can agree with me :)
While checking the answers to the first exercise I found a thing, which is not clear for me even after reading the chapter again. The answer to sentence 7 states S V C M meaning that "inside" is a complement. But this word answers to question "where?" so it should be a modifier. Could it be a mistake in answers or am I getting this wrong?

You are correct! It should be a Modifier (thought it took about 30 mins and 3 people to get the final ruling). i will adjust the answer choice in the book. Thank you.
