Hi BIGDAMNGOD.
One thing I notice about your diagnostic is that you could have spent 16 seconds more per Verbal question and still been answering the Verbal questions at test pace. In other words, you finished the Verbal section almost 10 minutes early. You could have used those 10 minutes to more fully analyze some Verbal answer choices and get more Verbal questions correct.
In general, it doesn't make sense to finish a section of the GMAT early. You're better off using all the time allotted to maximize your score.
Regarding how to proceed with your prep, your plan sounds good for the most part. I think you should do some untimed Quant practice as well to figure out how to increase your DS accuracy.
DS and Verbal are related in that both involve determining what the implications of information are, and to achieve your score goal, you need to increase your accuracy in both of them. Accordingly, it may make sense to practice both DS and Verbal untimed using
the streaks methodRegarding SC, you could get some value out of analyzing 600-level SC questions as well since there's still a lot to see in the choices in 600-level SC questions, and getting medium questions correct is the foundation of scoring high on the GMAT.
